The Flex- Paychex Assistant will help an Employee with their Flex Log In and Registration issues. Once a user is in the Flex Log In, they need to click on the blue question mark icon on the bottom right. The Paychex Assistant opens in a chat window and provides the user with options to help the user with their account. Examples include change phone number, login, registration etc. The user can click one of the options and from there the Paychex Assistant will help them resolve their issue. If the user is still having issues after using this Assistant tool, advise them to contact their employer/admin to help them.
